Tropic Air has extensive experience in conducting medical evacuations throughout Kenya, and for the more remote and inaccessible regions, our helicopters are ideal.  For greater distances and night-time evacuations, we normally use our Cessna Caravans. 

For medical evacuations off Mount Kenya, Tropic Air is the first port of call, and together with the Kenya Wildlife Service we have established six recovery locations accessible by helicopter.

Over the last 15 years, Tropic Air has provided the British Army with range clearance and medical evacuation services in Northern Kenya. 

All our pilots are First Aid trained, with specific focus on ‘first person on the scene’ medical response, however its important to note that we do not have trained medical personal at hand during flights..
