With its fleet of Cessna aircraft, Tropic Air operates private air charters throughout Kenya, linking well-known (and remote) tourism destinations.  Experienced pilots, passionate about this country – its history, geography, people and wildlife, ensure that air charters are a journey to remember.  We also carry out survey tasks, aerial photography and medical evacuations.

Medical Evacuations and air rescue in Kenya

Tropic Air is the first choice provider of medical evacuation services in northern Kenya, both day and night, thanks to our pilots’ experience flying in remote areas, using bush landing strips. We work closely with the Flying Doctors (Amref) in medical emergency call outs where-ever necessary. Our Cessna Caravans are ideal for stretcher cases, with space for medics to tend to patients. Please note that Tropic Air does not provide medical personnel, although all our pilots are First Aid trained, with specific focus on ‘first person on the scene’ medical response. 

We have an excellent track record in providing medical evacuation services for the British Army Training Unit in Kenya.  We are also renowned for quick mobilization of air evacuations - imperative when time is a factor.
