With its fleet of Cessna aircraft, Tropic Air operates private air charters throughout Kenya, linking well-known (and remote) tourism destinations.  Experienced pilots, passionate about this country – its history, geography, people and wildlife, ensure that air charters are a journey to remember.  We also carry out survey tasks, aerial photography and medical evacuations.

The Cessna 206 is a 6 seater aircraft ideal for groups of 3 or 4 passengers.  Its high-wing design provides greater stability and superb visibility. It has excellent performance – especially on bush strips, and provides a great flight experience.

Tropic Air purchased this aircraft in 1997. It was manufactured in 1976. The aircraft has over 12,000 hours on the airframe. A new engine was fitted in 2002. The aircraft has a Sky-Map GPS and an intercom system. The aircraft was re-sprayed in 2003 with new Tropic Air safari colours.
